For the first time in the history of The Bachelorette, this season will feature both women for the entire season, and producers reportedly didn't have the best time filming.

According to Cosmopolitan, The Bachelorette season 19 will work similarly to Bachelor in Paradise. This means that if one suitor gets rejected by Gabby or Rachel, they have the option to date the other Bachelorette if they would like to. Nick confirmed that the leads Gabby and Rachel won't compete against each other for the men; however, he did state, "If it doesn’t work out, like if, let’s say Gabby was like, feeling it with ‘Frank.’ ‘Frank’ could be like, ‘Rachel, sup?’ There’s a little bit of like, options, right? And the thing about Paradise, what makes it different is people have options."
