PlayStation players hoping to appreciate the popularity of 2024's breakout survival hit are in luck because it seems that developer Pocket Pair has just confirmed that a port will arrive soon. Ever since the title landed with a bang on PC and Xbox, Sony fans have been waiting for some kind of update regarding the game eventually breaking free of Microsoft's ecosystem. That exciting event could finally be on the cards as the creative team behind the game is teasing its community with cryptic messages that all but confirm such plans.
Posted to X (formerly Twitter) by Community Manager Bucky, the developer jokingly shared a post about how to spice up their love for the game, eventually settling on a solution of adding blue hearts to the existing collection of green, white, and black emojis.
Given that the message was followed by the «Eyes» emoji, which usually indicates some kind of tease, and the fact that blue is traditionally the color associated with PlayStation, it seems safe to say that a port will drop soon. Pocket Pair has yet to officially announce anything but a reveal is likely imminent.

Given 's popularity, it stands to reason that PlayStation would want the game on its console, especially after the success it found on Xbox. In just a few days after its release into early access, Pocket Pair's survival MMO managed to become one of the most-played games on both Steam and Xbox Game Pass, and while the player base has decreased in recent months, the game's numbers still look strong. It may be too late to capitalize on that initial surge but PlayStation wouldn't turn down an opportunity to offer its community access to one of 2024's biggest hits.
