The Kingsman franchise’s 2021 prequel film, The King’s Man, is finally available for streaming. Matthew Vaughn’s The King’s Man comes four years after Kingsman: The Golden Circle, but serves as a prequel origin story for the independent spy ring set 100 years prior to the first film. The King’s Man received an exclusive theatrical premiere on December 22, 2021, though was largely shut out at the box office by Disney’s billion-dollar-earning Spider-Man: No Way Home.
While the Kingsman films are now owned by Disney after its acquisition of 21st Century Fox, The King’s Man’s initial streaming home won’t be exclusive to the company’s services. Instead, the film will go through the streaming schedule in its prior contract while also landing on Disney-owned services. The King’s Man’s release repeats the streaming confusion surrounding Disney-acquired 2021 films like The Last Duel, Nightmare Alley, The French Dispatch, and Free Guy.

Although The King’s Man initially would have had an exclusive HBO Max streaming debut due to WarnerMedia's prior contract with 20th Century Fox, Disney came to an agreement with the company to allow for a shared release with certain titles. As such, the Disney-acquired, Best Picture-nominated Nightmare Alley also received a collaborative streaming release for both Hulu and HBO Max in the US on February 3, 2022. With multiple avenues for watching The King’s Man online for free, here’s everywhere the movie is available in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.
Although Disney may eventually acquire exclusive streaming rights as the home of The King’s Man, the film is available to stream for no additional cost to subscribers of HBO
