Where to Find 'Crushed Beast Bones' to Upgrade Your Level 30 Potion
Upgrading your Potion is an important part of progression in Diablo 4. While this system is new to the Diablo series, players are finding it difficult to get ahold of some of the required reagents.
For example, at level 30 you'll need 5 in order to upgrade your potion. But where do these bones come from? Well, the tooltip isn't very helpful, simply stating that they can be found by «killing beasts and animals, as well as werecreatures.» But it seems that this reagent is quite rare, as many in the community have experienced.
Alchemist Crafting Overview for Diablo IV After some time searching, we've found that the most consistent way to acquire 5 is by killing a unique monster in Scosglen, named Gaspar Stilbian. This unique monster is level 35 and can be found directly east of the 'Under the Fat Goose Inn' Waypoint in Scosglen.
Although he is level 35, during the encounter it does not appear that Gaspar Stilbian puts up much of a fight. After defeating him, you will be rewarded with 5 and perhaps a level 35 Rare Item!
