Centuria Ore is one of the new Master Rank ores that players can find in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak. Centuria Ore, like other ores, is used primarily to craft different kinds of gear. It requires players to have Master Rank unlocked, which can happen once the Elgado Outpost has been opened.
The Elgado Outpost is one of the new locations in the Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak DLC. It adds a storyline to the main game where the Elgado region is threatened by three powerful new monsters called the Three Lords: the Elder Dragon Malzeno, the gorilla-like Garangolm, and the icy wolf-like Wyvern Lunagaron. In addition to these new monsters, players can explore the castle ruins of the Citadel.

The Citadel is the only location where players can mine for Centuria Ore in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak. In addition to having the Citadel and Sunbreak questline unlocked to access the area, players need to unlock Master Rank to be able to mine for Centuria Ore. Like with other ores in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, there is not a 100% guarantee that Centuria Ore will drop once players have Master Rank and go on an Expedition, but there are many mining nodes to search in the Citadel.
Centuria Ore can be found in the Citadel in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak in any of the white or blue mining nodes once players have unlocked Master Rank at the Elgado Outpost. The best way to find them is to go on an Expedition, which is not timed in the same way that a Monster Hunt is timed, so players have more time to find the mining nodes.
