Alpha Blissey is one of the many Alpha Pokémon in Pokémon Legends: Arceus that trainers can encounter throughout the Hisui region, but it can be one of the hardest to capture. Alpha Pokémon are much bigger than other Pokémon of their species, and they will chase and attack the player if they get too close, making them much more dangerous and aggressive than most Pokémon in the Hisuian wilds. Despite their intimidating size and power, however, players can catch Alpha Pokémon like any other Pokémon, and Alpha Blissey can be a great addition to the trainer’s team.
While battling and catching Alpha Pokémon is one of the biggest challenges in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, their unique strengths make them worth the effort required to catch them. Alpha Pokémon have higher Effort Levels than non-Alpha Pokémon when caught, and they are able to learn moves through leveling that others of their species can only learn from the Move Tutor in Jubilife Village. Battling and catching Alpha Pokémon will also reward the player with some valuable items, like Grit Items and EXP Candy, and seeking out Alpha Pokémon is a great way for trainers to level their Pokémon quickly in Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
