Pokemon Legends: Arceus is one of the most successful Pokemon games to ever be released, to the point that it sold over 6 million copies in the first week since its launch, considering pre-orders. There were many concerns on the community's part when it comes to the game's visuals, with Pokemon Legends: Arceus' graphics being criticized for visible edges and subpar textures — a criticism that eventually became less prominent the more fans got to play the final product. In fact, while graphics are not the game's strong suit, they are not such a big issue in the grand scheme of things.
However, there have been several reports of visual glitches in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, and especially so with the interaction of some Pokemon with trees and other objects in the overworld. A great example of this is a clip that showed how strong trees in Pokemon Legends: Arceus are because of an Alpha Blissey managing to climb onto one through a bug. Another example is an Alpha Garchomp losing its mind chasing a berry in a never-ending loop, running around in circles.
Gamers Are Debating Early Game of the Year Contenders
A Reddit user by the name of MeruMSB shared another visual bug clip today, which instead involves a glitchy Gyarados who ends up obliterating the trainer with a well-placed Hydro Pump. The problem is that the Pokemon Legends: Arceus player drew Gyarados' attention while crossing a small water patch with Basculegion in order to reach a shaking tree on the other side. The Gyarados managed to go out of bounds from the small lake and actually use Hydro Pump on them from the ground, as it wasn't a water-bound Pokemon.
