Hisuian Sliggoo and Goodra are powerful new Pokémon in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. Initially making their debut in Pokémon X and Y, the Goomy, Sliggoo, and Goodra lines were considered some of the best Pokémon in the region. It's common for each new generation to feature a power Dragon-type Pokémon for trainers to obtain near the end of the game. Since Dragon-types have very few weaknesses, they are helpful allies for any trainer's Pokémon team. In Pokémon Legends: Arceus, only two of the three Pokémon in this line were given new forms.
Both Sliggoo and Goodra have turned this evolutionary group from being just a Dragon-type to a Dragon and Steel-type. Goomy is still exactly the same with no changes in the design or typing. All Goomy that are found in the Hisui region will evolve into this form, regardless of where the origin is from. Although, trainers will need to wait until they unlock access to the Crimson Mirelands in Pokémon Legends: Arceus which is the second location that opens up after defeating Kleavor.

Goomy can be found in the Crimson Mirelands in the Holm of Trials. It's a small purple blob so it might be hard to miss depending on the weather conditions. Fortunately, they spawn in groups and don't move around too much, making them easy to capture. Later in the games, players are given another chance to find them in the Ancient Quarry of Coronet Highlands. In order to evolve Goomy into Hisuian Sliggoo, it will need to reach at least level 40.
Hisuian Sliggoo can also be found in the wild as both normal and Alpha Pokémon. Its spawn rate of less than Goomy, but it will also appear in the same locations, the Ancient Quarry and the Holm of
