Warning! Contains spoilers for The Lincoln Lawyer season 1
Although The Lincoln Lawyer season 1 finale wraps up most of the show's plotlines, it makes a point of maintaining mystery as to where lead investigator Dennis «Cisco» Wojciechowski (Angus Sampson) goes when he rides off on his motorcycle. This is just one of several loose threads left dangling in anticipation for a potential season 2. The episode gives us an answer as to why Jerry Vincent was killed and why Jesus Menendez was set up by Lankford, but The Lincoln Laywer's man with the tattoo also provides a pretty big clue as to where the show may be going in the future. Cisco's undeclared destination also suggests a direction for season 2's story.
The Lincoln Lawyer is a Netflix series about Mickey Haller (Manuel Garcia-Rulfo), a lawyer who operates from his Lincoln Town Car. He is assigned to the case of a tech billionaire accused of murder, but his job also brings him in close proximity with killers, corruption and criminal biker gangs. During the show, Haller attempts to repay Cisco's debt to the motorcycle club known as the Road Saints by defending «Hard-Case» Casey on drug and firearms charges. Cisco finds out and attempts to put a stop to it, insisting that his debts are his own, but he can't prevent Haller from successfully defending Casey. Cisco, a former member of The Lincoln Lawyer's Road Saints (1% patch and all), approaches the gang's leader, Teddy, and receives an offer from him. The last time we see him, he rides off on his bike.
