For a game that is almost two years old, Animal Crossing: New Horizons still has a pretty active player base. Though the social sim title already works pretty well, and only had some minor issues after its release, there are still bugs that players often find hilarious. Recently, a gamer shared how an in-game bug turned their island's waters into a bright red instead of their normal blue color.

Though Animal Crossing: New Horizons seemed to experience a decline in its player base by the latter half of 2021, Nintendo easily resolved the issue by providing a jam-packed yet free 2.0 content update.
