Normally, players acquire the amiibo card of the villager they like and use it to bring the villager to the campsite on their island. One player who was recently looking to spawn Marty the Cub, however, saw a completely different villager pop up in their Animal Crossing: New Horizons game.

The game acknowledges that a card is pressed to the NFC touchpoint on the player's Nintendo Switch, and the screen then goes white. Instead of Marty, however, the cat villager Bob appears on the screen. Not only is this the wrong villager, but Bob introduces himself as ‘!’ and is not wearing any clothes. After this shocking revelation, the clip ends with viewers stuck staring at this odd moment.
