Viewers have not yet seen Mackie as Captain America outside of the miniseries.
Meanwhile, Vellani made her debut as Kamala Khan (a.k.a. Ms. Marvel) in the Disney+ series, Ms. Marvel, which premiered on June 8, 2022. In addition to appearing in Ms. Marvel, Vellani is also set to reprise her role in the upcoming film,The Marvels, alongside Captain Marvel (Brie Larson) and Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris). Disney cruise ship, the Wish, has been mashing up some Marvel heroes together in their new Avengers: Quantum Encounter attraction.
