An exciting new Transformers 7 theory contends Unicron is Rise of the Beasts' primary new villain in the upcoming Transformers sequel. Scheduled for a domestic June 9th, 2023 release, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is set to be both a Bumblebee sequel and the first chapter from the Transformers: Beast Wars narrative that makes up part of the overarching Transformers franchise story. Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, therefore, will naturally introduce the Maximals, a group of Transformers who transform into robotic animals at will.
