Ayame Hirumo and Shinya Yukimura are Saitama University students using their scientific prowess to prove, or disprove, their love for each other the only way they know how; through scientific experiments. 'Edutainment', or educational entertainment anime has proven successful in the past, such as the commercial success of Cells At Work and the infamous Tumblr-led fandom of Hetalia, yet this anime flew under everyone's radar once again.
The progress made in the previous season is put on the line when the students discover their oxytocin level isn't the same as another couple in the same university. Both students become even more desperate to prove their love in other scientific ways, and this means more educational shenanigans ensue. Science Fell In Love, So I Tried To Prove It continues to be just as funny, smart, and educational as its seasonal predecessor and can be watched on Crunchyroll.
