In response to a message from a fan saying that xQc gambles a lot because he has a lot of money, xQc goes off on a bit of a rant. The rant starts relatively innocuous, with xQc saying that he «likes gambling» and jokingly explains that he finds a way to gamble in basically every game he plays. He mentions Grand Theft Auto 5, Gambling Simulator, and that no matter what he plays, «that's what I do. I enjoy it.»

That's when the rant takes an interesting turn, as xQc goes from talking about how much he enjoys gambling to admitting that he has a serious issue with gambling, an addiction even. «I have one of the biggest, most insane addicted personalities you'll ever find,» is how xQc describes his need to gamble as much as he's able. It's not just gambling, either. The Twitch streamer says he's addicted to everything he does because of how easily addicted he gets. He then says, «I shouldn't gamble, but I still do it.»
Despite the self-awareness and the acknowledgment that gambling is perhaps unhealthy for himself, xQc does not indicate that he plans on making any changes. He says explicitly that his addiction is «terrible» and that he is «ill.» However, xQc says he's «lucky» because he can «afford to be ill.»
