Popular streamers have come and gone from the Twitch platform over the years in an effort to bolster their careers with jumps to YouTube, but some call the Amazon streaming giant their permanent home. One prominent Twitch streamer known as Dimitri «GreekGodx» Antonatos has remained on the platform for a considerable length of time, but he has just received another ban.
During a June 28 stream spotted by Dexerto, GreekGodx went on a strange tirade that included sexist comments about women and references to other Twitch streamers, which may have been the catalyst of his ban. GreekGodx has been streaming to Twitch since the platform's early days, and he has maintained a growing following since returning from a lengthy break in which he stepped aside to lose weight. He returned in 2020 and quickly joined the Team SoloMid organization, which Myth was once a part of. GreekGodx remained part of the organization until earlier this year, and he is not part of an org today.

During the recent Twitch stream that led to his ban, GreekGodx said several things that may be considered against the website's terms of service, including talking about vaccines, diminishing other streamers on the platform, belittling Ice Poseidon Twitch viewers that were scammed, and saying derogatory statements about women. This came to a head when GreekGodx got into what he's looking for in a woman, stating that if a Twitch streamer was interested in him, she would have to quit as he continued to stream. GreekGodx continued by claiming that this would be so that the woman in question can cook, clean, and look after any children they have in what he calls «working together.»
