Twitch streamer and Vtuber Anny, who has amassed a sizable following since streaming on Twitch relatively consistently since 2016, has recently been banned for allegedly violating the terms of service.
Twitch Vtuber Anny has garnered a following of around 190,000 viewers in over six years of livestreaming on the Amazon platform, but her community is left waiting to see the popular streamer for a week due to a ban. Many channels have increased their follower count by taking the Twitch Vtuber approach and that's no different with Anny who adopted the streaming style in March 2021 and has since steadily seen growing metrics. Anny had never been hit with a ban despite remaining dedicated to livestreaming on the Amazon platform, but that all changed on June 28. Sharing a StreamerBans tweet, Anny confirmed that her ban will last for seven days, running until July 5, but the Vtuber didn't initially confirm what the ban was for. In responding to her community, Anny revealed that the Twitch ban was sent to her because she disobeyed the Twitch nudity policy like several other streamers have in the past despite Anny being represented by a cartoon character.
