Nintendo recently announced that after five years, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe will be getting new DLC content. Through the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Packthere will be 48 remastered tracks added to the game in six waves. The DLC will double the amount of tracks currently in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, leaving the game with over half the total number of tracks ever released in the Mario Kart franchise.
Already Nintendo has revealed what the first wave of the Booster Course Pack will contain, and it seems to include many fan favorites. Players will be able to race through Ninja Hideaway, Sky Garden, Shroom Ridge, Tokyo Blur, Coconut Mall, Choco Mountain, Toad Circuit, and Paris Promenade. Those tracks will surely fill countless hours, but that leaves five more waves that have yet to be revealed. With the extensive history of Mario Kart there are many different tracks that could be included.

Most of the main Mario characters have a track named after them. Originally called Luigi's Raceway, Luigi's Circuit is a simple track that should be remastered. Last appearing in Mario Kart Wii, the track is a round track with no unique gimmick. The decor is filled with Luigi-themed obstacles including a giant statue of him and many banners that have his name. It's not a very advanced track, but Luigi deserves his time to shine.
