While there are hundreds of options for Capcom to choose from across the widely beloved franchise, one Elder Dragon would fit perfectly into .
Given that Elder Dragons are an exciting part of each game's later base-game hunts, they're not likely to be teased until much closer to ' release. Being one of the largest Elder Dragons in history, the dark scales seeping in moving tar that covers its six-limbed body give Gogmazios an incredibly intimidating appearance, not to mention the appearance of an entire Dragonator spear lodged in its back.

With the Oilwell Basin's overabundance of flammable oil, tar, and other flammable substances,Gogmazios would fit seamlessly into this new environment, potentially acting as a raid boss during later stages of ' story or future DLC by threatening the inhabitants of the area.
