The irreverent and hilarious DC «superhero» showDoom Patroljust received the first trailer for the show's fourth season, and it looks like fans are going to be getting a wild ride. Along with a first look at the upcoming mayhem, the premiere date for the first part of season four was also announced, with the first part airing on HBO Max starting December 8.
The fourth season sees Brandon Fraser, April Bowlby, Diane Guerrero, Matthew Bomer, and Joivan Wade reprise their roles as Robotman, Rita Farr, Crazy Jane, Negative Man, and Cyborg respectively as they face off against a host of strange but deadly enemies.

The Twitter feed of HBO Max dropped the newest trailer over the weekend and there's enough mayhem and weirdness for several seasons, let alone one. Check out the new trailer below.
The trailer shows a shady underground facility that houses a secret government weapons program. The resulting experiment is classified as extremely dangerous and a shot of a scientist being killed and slammed against a large viewing window in a locked, mist-filled room is lifted straight out of the 1996 alien blockbuster Independence Day. Then the threat is revealed in an incredibly incongruous song and dance number. The threat appears to be singing butts that walk on their hands that are performing a choreographed routine to the song Shipoopi.
