The next free Epic Games Store title has been announced.
Strategy tycoon game Rise of Industry will be free to claim from Epic’s PC marketplace from March 2-9.
It will replace sci-fi game Duskers, which is now free to download until March 2.
“In Duskers you pilot drones into derelict spaceships to find the means to survive and piece together how the universe became a giant graveyard,” according to the game’s developer and publisher, Misfits Attic.
“In film terms it’s The Road meets the first Alien movie. In game terms: It’s a roguelike with elements of dungeon crawling and real time strategy, but in a survival horror setting that focuses on subterfuge, and adapting to survive.”
Duskers was well received by critics when it was released in 2016, earning it an 83 score on review aggregation site Metacritic.
Earlier today, the next wave of ‘free’ titles set to be offered to Amazon Prime Gaming members was confirmed.
Prime Gaming, which is part of an Amazon Prime subscription, offers members new PC titles to keep and exclusive in-game content each month.
In March, players will be able to claim new games every Thursday. They will include Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition, Adios, I am Fish, Faraway 3: Arctic Escape, Book of Demons, Peaky Blinders: Mastermind and City Legends: Trapping in Mirror – Collector’s Edition.
