Just seen that David Cronenberg's Naked Lunch is now available on 4K Blu Ray. If memory serves me right, it can get quite grisly, so not sure if I want see it with a more crispy detailed picture!
@JohnnyShoulder I'm toying with the idea of keeping my Prime subscription active to watch the «Dead Ringers» remake — have you seen any of it yet?
@LN78 I'll get to it eventually, but it not something I'll watch anytime soon. I'm trying to finish off shows I've already started and catch up with ones I've missed, rather then start anything new that comes out.
@JohnnyShoulder That makes sense. I'm going to put «Naked Lunch» on the back-burner for now — I've just ordered the oddly expensive (but supposedly spectacular) 4K of «All Quiet on the Western Front» for later in the week.

@zupertramp Roland Emmerich and Jan De Bont are the ones that spring to my mind. They both had a couple of hits apiece and then went on to do nothing but crap. Paul W.S. Anderson is another — there's an argument to be made that he's never made a good film, although I rather like «Event Horizon» .
