The Intermission in Trails from Zero is sort of like the Prologue — both are capital-letter official stretches with plenty of fun to be had, but neither of them is long enough to be considered a full-fledged chapter.

Even so, there are sidequests during the Intermission. But with the SSS terminal down for the day, you won't find them as support requests. You've got to do some sleuthing, which we'll happily assist you with right here. Take KeA along for a few darling adventures and earn Detective Points while you're at it.
To start 'A Treat for the Mayor', head to City Hall in the Administrative District. Remember how, for most of the game, you were unable to access either of the upstairs doors? Well, the same still holds true for the door on the right, but enter the door on the left for a nice scene with Mayor MacDowell.
On your way out, the receptionist, Shion, chats with Lloyd, KeA, and whoever you chose for their companion. One thing lead to another, and the team decides to get MacDowell's favorite drink from the Juice Stand outside City Hall. Head outside, search the fountain area's circumference, until a scene triggers with Lloyd realizing... the Juice Stand is nowhere to be found.
Turns out, our wonderful 'juice lady' has set up shop in the Station District, so on you go. She decides to give you the mayor's shake for free. Back to City Hall, then, and return to Mayor MacDowell's room to wrap things up.
