When The Last of Us was originally released in 2013, it took the gaming world by storm. While there is no way to know if the new version of the game will sell well, there is every indication that the fanbase for the franchise is still strong.
In a recent post, Reddit user CaptainLongshorts revealed a tattoo they had recently finished based on The Last of Us clickers. The image revealed an elaborate tattoo of a clicker from The Last of Us. For the most part, the base design of the enemies remains intact, but a few liberties are taken. Specifically, it gives the zombie creature a long, Venom-like tongue.

In The Last of Us, the clickers are one of the game's most dangerous antagonists. Having reached the third stage of infection, the clickers are completely blind and rely on sound to hear their potential prey. Since the first game was released, they have remained one of the most memorable part of the franchise inspiring elaborate cosplays that have even caught the attention of Naughty Dog itself.
The clicker tattoo itself is clearly a work of art but one that is arguably not true to the design from The Last of Us. In the game, their teeth are noticeably decayed and lack the sharp features seen in this tattoo. The elaborate, Venom-like tongue also gives the impression that the tattoo isn't so much that of a zombie from the game, so much as a clicker version of the Spider-Man antagonist similar to what gamers saw in the latest Marvel's Midnight Suns trailer.
