Warning: contains a preview of Future State: Gotham #10!
In a new preview for DC Comics' upcoming issue of Future State: Gotham, the future versions of Batman and the Joker are seen battling for the first time. Not only will this issue see them together in Gotham's dark future, but it will also prove that the rivalry between the Bat and Clown is a constant in the DC Universe (no matter who's behind the cowl or wearing the grease paint.) While the outcome of their brawl has yet to be revealed, the preview also teases that Jason Todd's Red Hood will be right in the middle of it.
In previous issues of Future State: Gotham, it's been revealed that Jason Todd chose to work with the paramilitary force known as the Magistrate, which has taken over the city and turned it into a fascist state. While the rest of his Bat-Family are part of the resistance movement fighting against them, Red Hood has become Peacekeeper Red to work within the organization and bring it down from the inside. Furthermore, he's recently become allies with the Next Batman, Jace Fox.

Due to their new partnership, Jason calls Batman in for backup during the hunt for the Next Joker in this new preview for Future State: Gotham #10. Coming from writer Dennis Culver and artist Giannis Milonogiannis, Red Hood and the new Hunter Panic have been closing in on a conspiracy involving some of the biggest criminals in Gotham as well as the classic Batman villain Hush. However, the vicious, cannibalistic Next Joker is involved as well, as Fox's Batman quickly discovers. Enjoy the preview pages and synopsis for the upcoming issue:
