The Big Apple is getting a visit from Batman in the form of a new marketing push from DC Comics. Jace Fox has been making waves during the Infinite Frontier era as the hero assuming the role of the new Dark Knight. As Jace prepares to relocate to New York City in the pages of I Am Batman, the real-life Gotham is being used to advertise the exciting move.
Originally appearing in Batman #313, Timothy Fox, later known as Jace, was created by Len Wein and Irv Novick as the estranged son of Batman confidante, Lucius Fox. The character was reintroduced as Jace Fox, and his future as Batman was explored in the miniseries Future State: The Next Batman and The Next Batman: Second Son. His latest series, I Am Batman sees Jace taking on the mantle of Batman, becoming the hero readers were exposed to during his Future State titles. Now, with Jace taking on a new adventure to the Empire State, DC is capitalizing on the change with a new marketing campaign.
