The death of Superman may have rocked the world, but Harley Quinn's own shuffling off of the mortal coil was a much more intense and devastating event. Because of her actions on Earth, Harley saw where she'd be spending eternity and what dark consequences would follow.
Few comic book deaths have had the impact and received as much attention worldwide as the Man of Steel's tragic end. After fighting the brutal, otherworldly force known as Doomsday, Superman died from expending every bit of his energy into putting the most resilient foe he's ever faced down for good. While Superman's death at the hands of Doomsday may be a bit exaggerated, it didn't stop the moment from becoming a cultural phenomenon.
