Teppen Launches Sigma’s Invasion Expansion

The third and final act of “Echoes of the Lost Civilization” comes to Teppen with the launch of Sigma’s Invasion Expansion on January 5, 2023. The last battle approaches as Sigma’s true plan reveals itself. The Reploid Army might have lost the fight, but they haven’t lost the war.

Teppen  is a card game developed by GungHo Online Entertainment in hand with Capcom. Players command Capcom icons from several franchises, such as Resident Evil, Street Fighter, Devil May Cry, and others, in fast-paced gameplay operating in real-time. 

The new act follows the events of “Operation Canon Spike,” where the Anti-Machine Special Forces defeated the Reploid Army. But Sigma from the Mega Man X series still has a card up his sleeve. Using Akatsuki from Crossbeats REV. SUNRISE, he creates clones based on the data recollected from the previous battle.

The expansion adds new elements to Adventure, items in the Soul Shop, quests and the new Card Set “Sigma’s Invasion.” It also introduces a new Ranked Match, “Mirage Soldiers,” and the new Point Match, “Dark Civilization Sigma.” The “Zero” rare Extra Skin releases in mid-January and is based on Vergil from Devil May Cry. Players might find it by purchasing Special Packs.

Teppen is also having a special Anniversary Sale, where players can pick a free season pass from the Soul Shop from January 5 to February 21, celebrating Teppen’s 3.5-year Anniversary. In addition, players can log in between January 5 and February 28 to receive three Secret Spheres for their characters and ten card packs. These include the “Secret Sanada Yukimura,” “Secret The Princess,” and “Secret Hsien-Ko” cards.
