An incredibly detailed 16-inch statue of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles villain Bebop has recently been released online. The human-turned-Warthog mutant first appeared on-screen in the 1987 animated TMNT series, alongside his partner Rocksteady, a mutant Rhinoceros, with the pair's names coming from musical genres. The two are henchmen of The Shredder, the leader of the Foot Clan. The two henchmen appeared in the Michael Bay-produced 2016 sequel Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows in more recent years. Bebop was portrayed by The Boondocks star Gary Anthony Williams. Despite the franchise's big name, the Bay-produced films were criticized for many reasons and received relatively poor reviews.
Sideshow, known for selling collectible figures and life-sized statues of pop culture figures, has recently released a 16-inch statue of TMNT's Bebop. The statue also measures 12.5 inches wide, adding his iconic red vest, black pants, and purple mohawk (along with his purple shades). Bebop's statue is a very faithful design of the character's animated version, including his turtle shell shoulder armor, not seen in the 2016 film. Despite going solo, the statue can be paired up with a Rocksteady statue and a Shredder statue that is sold on the same website.
