Newly released images for the Studio Ghibli theme park, Ghibli Park, have revealed a number of attractions inspired by the anime studio's filmography. The studio is responsible for beloved anime features such as Howls' Moving Castle, My Neighbour Totoro, and Spirited Away. Ghibli was founded by Hayao Miyazaki, Toshio Suzuki, and Isao Takahata, with Miyazaki being responsible for directing 10 of their works.
Founded in 1985, Studio Ghibli has been responsible for many beloved, critically acclaimed animated features, with five of their features being among the 10 highest-grossing animated films in Japan. From a young witch branching out on her own and forming her own business inKiki's Delivery Service, to a battle between nature and technological growth in Princess Mononoke, to exploring pacifism and aging in a fantastical setting in Howl's Moving Castle, Ghibli is responsible for breathtaking visuals and though-provoking stories across their filmography. And nearly three years after the Studio Ghibli theme park announcement, it is set to open in late 2022, with fans now getting their first glimpse at what the park offers.

As reported by EW, Studio Ghibli has shared photos and concept art of the park's attractions on their website following the reveal of the November 1st opening. Ghibli Park will open at the Aichi Earth Expo Memorial Park, consisting of the Ghibli Grand Warehouse, Hill of Youth, and Dondoko Forrest. The Grand Warehouse is inspired by Spirited Away and will hold exhibits inspired by Ghibli's films, the Hill of Youth houses the World Emporium antique shop from Whisper of the Heart.
