The Territory Trophy in Stray can be unlocked by finding an object to scratch in every chapter. There are 12 chapters that have varying amounts of available items to scratch. Some chapters only have one scratch spot to find, so they can be very well hidden and easy to miss, especially in areas like the Sewers. To unlock the Territory Trophy, the cat will need to scratch and mark their territory at least once in each chapter.
There are a few different types of objects that can be scratched. The most common objects are wooden boards, rugs, or couches. In some instances, the cat can also scratch a tree or wall during a chapter. It doesn't matter what the cat scratches, as long as at least one object is marked for all 12 chapters. Since the Slums in Stray are visited in both chapters four and six, players will need to mark their territory on different objects for each section of the story. The Slums is the only area that's visited in multiple chapters.

Scratching objects is a simple process, so it will only take a few extra seconds to stop and mark something in each chapter. The cat can walk up to any scratchable object in a chapter and use the interact button to get started. Next, players need to press the two buttons or keys displayed on the screen back and forth to scratch with both front paws. After a few seconds, players can quit, and the scratch for that chapter will be completed.
There are two chapters that only have one object in Stray to find and scratch. Both Dead End and the Sewers, which are the areas for chapters seven and eight, only have one scratch spot, so players need to make sure they don't miss it. The other chapters have at least two scratch spots,
