SteelSeries and KontrolFreek announced their partnership with Bungie to release official Destiny 2 gear ahead of its upcoming expansion, Lightfall. The limited-edition collection will bear the colors of Destiny 2: Lightfall'snew city Neomuna so that players can customize their gaming gear to represent their favorite game.
Destiny 2: Lightfall is set to release on February 28, bringing various new content to Bungie’s MMO FPS. Players will be able to explore the human city of Neomuna on Neptune, take on new missions, and discover two new dungeons and a new raid later this year. This seventh expansion for Destiny 2 will also come with four seasons of content, starting with Season of Defiance upon Lightfall’s release and ending with an unnamed season scheduled for Winter 2023.

To celebrate the upcoming release of Destiny 2: Lightfall, SteelSeries and KontrolFreek teamed up with Bungie to unveil a limited edition of gaming gear inspired by Destiny 2. The manufacturers release themed versions of the Arctis 7+ headset, Aerox 5 wireless gaming mouse, QcK Prism XL mousepad, and KontrolFreek thumbsticks forDestiny 2 players. All customers will also receive exclusive in-game content, such as cosmetics elements, emotes, and emblems.
The Arctis 7+ headset is compatible with PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch, meaning allDestiny 2 players can use it on their preferred platform. This wireless headset features over 30 hours of battery life and comes with a custom Sonar Audio Software Suite equalizer preset that improves the sound of all games.
