There is a ton of hype built up on Bethesda’s next big RPG release. Starfield is a brand new IP, and fans looking to dive into the game are likely also waiting on new showcases to be unveiled. Earlier this year, Microsoft revealed its first big livestream event called the Developer Direct. It was a showcase that offered some insight into a few new upcoming games coming to the Xbox platform. That event only showcased a small handful of games, and we knew beforehand that the upcoming Bethesda RPG title, Starfield, wouldn’t be a part of this event. But at the same time, Microsoft did alert fans that they were working on a showcase that would only focus on the upcoming game.
Since then, it’s been a waiting game for fans. There’s been no indication as to when this showcase event will be taking place. Fans who are waiting to play this game might have assumed that the showcase would happen rather shortly after the Developer Direct highlight this year, but now we’re moving into March with still no signs of when this event will be taking place. That is unless you take up to a cryptic message sent out from the Bethesda Nordic Twitter account. Apparently, it looks like Bethesda has something in the works for April.
Hey @xboxse , are you hyped for our date on the 21st of April? We promise it will be good!
