Because Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order’s sequel is seemingly in development, but has not been shown with any further details, it is due for a worldwide reveal at any time. Further, some fairly credible sources have weighed in on particular details that suggest fans may hear more soon.
Reporter Jeff Grubb has discussed unannounced details surrounding the sequel, such as its alleged Survivor subtitle and release window being either February or March next year. While details are sparse, there are a couple of hotly anticipated events in the near future where Star Wars Jedi: Survivor could appear and confirm any rumors.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor May Feature Two Playable Characters
It is likely that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be mentioned in some capacity at the Star Wars Celebration. The event could provide a big stage for its cinematic reveal, and while the Star Wars Celebration does not currently feature a scheduled panel that seems to hint at anything touching upon the Star Wars Jedi franchise, it does have a panel scheduled for LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
However, despite video games being a significant portion of the Star Wars IP, Star Wars Celebration is not a gaming-focused event. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor may not appear if Disney or EA would prefer it to be revealed on a platform more centered around the subject, and the Star Wars Celebration will have its hands full with marketing Obi-Wan Kenobi and Disney’s other streaming service titles, such as the newly announced Star Wars: Skeleton Crew.
