The Forest excited fans of survival horror when trailers released several years ago, as it showed realistic building options and lush woods that held scary cannibals when dusk came. The sequel was announced back in 2019, a year following the original game's launch. A trailer showed off upgraded visuals and improved performance back in November, which announced the May 2022 release date, which has now been updated
