Sony recently sought to capitalize on the meme its 2022 Marvel film, Morbius, has become since the film's initial release with a re-release in theaters that has proven to be a disappointment. However, the power of the internet still holds sway over the meme fate of the Marvel's living vampire as an Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim player has brought the anti-hero into the world of Tamriel.
In the modern gaming lexicon, few games have been able to endure the way the Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim has since it was first released on November 11, 2011, for PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. Bethesda Softwork's epic fantasy-RPG was an immediate hit at the time as players explored the northernmost region of Tamriel as the last Dragonborn, a mortal born with the soul of a dragon. The game has since been re-released on following two generations of PlayStation and Xbox platforms, Nintendo Switch, and even a virtual reality port.

A consistent point among Skyrim's playerbase is the random creations they can bring to life thanks to the game's detailed character creator, which one player used to bring the aforementioned Morbius to life. Reddit user Madd-Jack shared an image of his version of the Marvel character played by Jared Leto in Skyrim on the game's subreddit, fittingly titling the post "It's Morbin Time."
