Hardly anyone could have predicted that Skyrim would still be going strong more than ten years after releasing. With The Elder Scrolls 6's whereabouts still shrouded in secrecy, the 2011 Bethesda epic is still very much in the limelight. Upon release, it was absolutely breathtaking, and while it still is beautiful to this day, there's no denying that it has aged somewhat. That's where mods come into the picture, and this one fan has modded the game so much, that many would be forgiven for mistaking it for reality.
Reddit user jackfjdah1 has uploaded a very brief clip from their Skyrim playthrough, in which they intended to show off just how many modifications they've added to the game. Although the viewer is only treated to less than thirty seconds of footage taken from a wooded area, it becomes clear that it's hard to tell the difference between a game and the real world. The visuals are simply so realistic that it begs the question of how they are able to run it without their system crashing entirely. The user did say that their computer managed to keep a steady 40fps, but with some occasional dips in performance.

For all its flaws, Skyrim has some beautiful locations, and being able to make it even more stunning just goes to show how far gaming has come over the last decade or so. From the lofty mountains to the landscapes that disappear into the horizon, fans are still taking some incredible screenshots that really show off the stunning vista that is the world of Tamriel.
In terms of what Skyrim graphics mods jackfjdah1 used, they do mention a few in the comments. Most notably, the main ones they say they used relate to the overall foliage, such as ENB Complex Grass and ENB
