It essentially gives fans a playable horror movie, where the right choices can lead to every single character staying alive, with bad ones leading to everyone dying.
This cinematic style of presentation lends to a game that is arguably more fun to watch than play, especially taking into consideration The Quarry's multiple ending variations, with nearly 200 being available to find. This is compounded with the game's upcoming online multiplayer mode, which allowed for those who joined the game to vote on the critical decisions.
