Skyrim is a game of abundance. It has so many places to go, so many weapons to wield, and so many cheese wheels to steal. Among the most powerful tools in your dragon murdering arsenal are the Thu'ums, better known as shouts. While the base game and DLC allowed you to learn a whole bunch of shouts, there are more of them mentioned in the series' lore as well as in Elder Scrolls Online.
Modder Keysmash2b decided that the Dragonborn should be able to harness the full power of the Thu'ums and has created the Thoom LE mod that adds 19 new shouts to the game. These shouts don't just get added to your arsenal, the creator did the hard work of distributing them all over the map so you can find them like the ones in the base game. But if you don't want to run around Skyrim looking for these cool new shouts, the creator has been kind enough to include their locations in the mod's description.

The newly added shouts include Al Gron Nok, which summons a fire, frost, or storm atronach for half a day, Ziil Los Dii Du, which does massive damage to dragons and forces them to land, and Jiid So Daan lets you summon a meteor shower like Alduin does. Other shouts give you the ability to unlock any door or chest, resurrect a dragon via its bones, cover the land in fog, and cast your enemies into a void.
If you're wondering whether you should replay Skyrim for the 75th time or just wait for Elder Scrolls 6, you're better off with the former. It seems that the next game in the series is still in pre-production. Almost four years since its announcement at E3 2018, the only information we've got about Elder Scrolls 6 is via the LinkedIn profile of a Bethesda employee.
