Skate 4 gameplay footage has recently been leaked that reveals the apparent setting and multiplayer mode of Full Circle's upcoming Skate title. Skate 4's development was announced by EA last year, over a decade after Skate 3's successful release. Fans have waited patiently for the franchise's return, and it seems as though the fourth title will have a slightly different feel than the previous ones, building on the lovable aspects they had to offer.
Skate was a breath of fresh air in the realm of sports video games, with a steep learning curve due to its realism and innovation compared to other successful skating series like Tony Hawk. Although the upcoming skateboarding title is supposedly in the playtesting phase and has been for months, it is on track to be released at some point later this year. Skate 4 gameplay footage released by EA last month suggests that it may still be in the early stages of development. According to Kotaku, more gameplay footage has been released, this time from an anonymous source and from a seemingly earlier developmental stage in 2021. Reddit user Parzalai uploaded four videos of Skate 4 gameplay onto Google Drive. Since EA's official footage did little to reveal details and left fans with more questions than answers, these rough gameplay videos offer exciting insight.
