Cara Geswelli had some co-stars convinced she changed, but the Siesta Key star admits she never actually turned over a new leaf like she said she did. After over five months of being off-air, MTV finally announced the show's new season will premiere on March 10. According to the trailer, Cara will be returning, which means she'll get an opportunity to either make amends with her enemies or continue some of her feuds with fellow castmates. From the moment the New Jersey native stepped on the scene, she started making way more enemies than friends in the Florida town. Cara made a connection with co-star Garrett Miller but immediately clashed with his ex-girlfriend, Kelsea Owens, whom she once claimed used her mother's illness as a ploy to win over Garrett.
The show's star took a break from filming after storming off after an argument she had with former star Alex Kompothecras on his boat. Alex accused Cara of cheating on Garrett while they were dating, and Cara did not take the allegation well. The star claimed Garrett was the first person she didn't cheat on and felt very hurt by Alex's accusations, causing her to go on a rant about her co-stars, claiming they "have no moral compass." The fight put her on bad terms with most of the cast, and when she returned during Siesta Key season 4, she was hoping she could leave the past behind and make amends with her castmates. Unfortunately, this didn't go well for her. While she was able to befriend her co-star Juliette Porter, Kelsey wasn't so forgiving, nor was her ex-boyfriend, Garrett.
