The power couple have been married for 25 years and is willing to share some helpful advice for those struggling.
7 Year Stitch is not only a new show but a brave social experiment that follows one couple on the brink of divorce each episode. Under the guidance of experts, Dr. Terry and Heather Dubrow will give seven weeks of courses, therapy, and even advice to each couple in hopes of having them fall in love with one another all over again. The couples will undergo a complete physical and mental makeover before making their final decision at the end of the experiment.

For years, The Real Housewives of Orange County fans have felt Heather and Terry should have their own marriage counseling show, and now they do. Viewers will be able to see what was a common issue for most of the struggling couples on their new show. According to Terry and Heather, a reoccurring theme centered around the lack of intimacy. The seven-year mark is important because 50 percent of couples who are going to break up do so within the first five to seven years of marriage. Terry revealed to Screen Rant, «When you kick into financial problems and trust and respect issues, all those things that happen in the first seven years that cause your relationship to dissolve it all ends up in intimacy issues. If we can improve the bigger and smaller issues, we can improve the relationship.»
