Despite being nearly seven years old, The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt is still revealing hidden secrets. The latest secret has been revealed a few months early thanks to console commands, but it’s still incredible for a game as popular as The Witcher 3 to have undiscovered easter eggs after so many years.
Witcher fans were given a big hint on this “last secret” thanks to Witcher 3 quest designer Philipp Weber, who dropped the hint during CD Projekt Red’s Ukraine charity stream last week. "I wonder when they will find Vivienne's last secret,” Weber said, noting "it's on Skellige" and that it "goes quite a bit further" than anyone might expect (with thanks to PC Gamer).

YouTuber xLetalis appears to be the first to have discovered the secret. It's part of the quest called "The Warble of a Smitten Knight," which centers around a curse affecting the lady-in-waiting Vivienne de Tabris in the Blood and Wine DLC. Vivienne is slowly turning into a bird and is using magical ointments to hide her beak, feathers, and talons. One of the possible solutions to the curse is to transfer it to an oriole egg. Although this cures Vivienne, it leaves Vivienne with just seven years to live.
Blood and Wine didn't come out until May 2016, so even if you did the quest immediately and left your Witcher 3 running non-stop, we'd still be over a year away from seeing what might actually happen to Vivienne after her time runs out.
