Community Hints

The clue for this satchel came from the Blizzard blue post announcing the items for the Trading Post in September — Some of the images showcasing the new items have a map on the background, specifically highlighting the Bloodvenom Falls area of Felwood.

Like the Trading Post image, the mound of dirt containing the satchel can be found in Bloodvenom Falls in Felwood, by the larger body of contaminated water!
