Tazavesh portals should still be obtainable in the new Season, as both wings are part of the new season's dungeon pool, making Keystone Hero: Tazavesh, the Veiled Market completable.
Unavailable Dungeons in Shadowlands Season 4The eight original Shadowlands dungeons, listed below, won't be part of Shadowlands Season 4, meaning their Keystone Hero achievement, and their teleport rewards, likely won't be obtainable.
