Pokemon Day is almost here and suspicions that there will once again be a Pokemon Presents to mark the occasion were confirmed earlier this week. While you'll have to wait until Monday to find out what The Pokemon Company has to reveal, a new Tera Raid featuring a Pikachu with the Mightiest Mark has already been added to Scarlet & Violet and will be available all weekend.
You can participate in the new seven-star Pikachu raid right now, although as outlined on Pokemon's website, you will need to have completed the postgame events or be with a trainer who has to access it. If you've done that, then be on the lookout for black Tera Raid crystals if you want to have a crack and taking down and catching this powerful Pikachu.

Serebii's Joe Merrick has provided additional information on what to expect from this particular Tera Raid and outlined just how hard it is to beat. Since the Pikachu's Tera type is water, it can use Rain Dance. That means its incredibly powerful Thunder will have 100 percent accuracy. It will also activate its shield almost immediately, resulting in non-Tera moves having almost no effect.
As if all of that wasn't enough to make this particular Pikachu Scarlet & Violet's toughest raid yet, the Pokemon will also have 50 times its regular HP. Outside of Charizard, every other seven-star raid so far has given Pokemon 30 times their normal HP, and six-star raid Pokemon have 25 times the usual HP.
