Sasha Lane Movie & TV Roles: Where You Know Loki's Hunter C-20
She recently played Hunter C-20 in Loki, but which other movies and TV shows has Sasha Lane appeared in? Just a few years ago Sasha Lane was a complete unknown studying psychology and social work in her home state Texas, but that all changed one day when she was spotted sunbathing on a Florida beach by British director Andrea Arnold during a spring break vacation. Impressed by her unconventional beauty and natural talent, Arnold cast Lane in her acclaimed 2016 coming-of-age road movie American Honey as lead Star – a teen runaway who takes up with a traveling magazine sales crew.
Lane’s raw performance wowed critics and a flurry of offers soon followed. In 2018 she appeared in a trio of movies, starting with The Miseducation Of Cameron Post as a teen named Jane Fonda undergoing “therapy” at a gay conversion camp. Soon after Lane played Rose in the Nick Offerman-fronted film Hearts Beat Loud and later landed a supporting role in comedy-drama After Everything. That same year, she also had an uncredited cameo in a short titled Shrimp directed by Robin Williams’ daughter Zelda.

In 2019 Lane dipped her toes into the horror genre with a role as an artist named Cassie in Adam Egypt Mortimer’s trippy psychological chiller Daniel Isn’t Real. She followed that by playing psychic medium Alice Monaghan in Neil Marshall’s Hellboy reboot. While Hellboy was a box office bomb, it was Lane’s most mainstream project at that point and helped propel her to a wider audience.
