The Gray Man directors The Russo Brothers react to Netflix selling a Chris Evans movie tie-in mustache. Evans famously donned a fisherman’s sweater to play the slimy Random Drysdale in Knives Out. In his upcoming movie The Gray Man, Evans once again plays a bad guy, and once again has a unique look to indicate his villainy.
Indeed Evans’ big The Gray Man villain adornment – a very shady-looking mustache – has already taken on a life of its own for the actor’s fans. Of course it’s always a big deal when Evans plays a villain, as he’s so known for playing Captain America, a character who is straight-laced and heroic even compared to other superheroes in the Marvel universe. But clearly the actor loves going against his good guy image, and all indications are that The Gray Man gives him his best chance yet to ham it up as a true movie bad guy.
