While this isn't outright stated by the tweet, the «PART 1» in the tweet seems to point in that direction, as it appears to be a nod to The Last of Us 2's official title, The Last of Us Part 2. The tweet also includes emojis of a video game controller and a PC, suggesting that The Last of Us remake won't be a PS5 exclusive when it launches.
