The Batman actor Robert Pattinson's chin gets edited onto images of other classic characters in a recent hilarious fan-edit. Pattinson is the most recent actor to don the cape and cowl of the Caped Crusader, and has recently taken cinemas by storm in The Batman. The film, which is the first set outside the DCEU since Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy, follows the world's greatest detective in his second year of crime fighting as he tracks down a mysterious serial killer known as the Riddler (Paul Dano). The Batman is helmed by Matt Reeves and has been receiving acclaim from both critics and audiences since its release on March 4.

It's true that if one was to compare the costume worn by Adam West in the '60s to Pattinson's newest look, many differences could be found, but there are many basic elements which have stayed the same throughout Batman's history. One example is his iconic cowl - the Batman mask has always contained two pointed, bat-like ears and only covers the top half of the actor's face, leaving the mouth and chin exposed.
